Welcome to Fastball St. Albert Bantam "A" Angels. Coached by Chuck McNutt, Tara Bender and Peter Gogich, the 94' Angels are a representative bantam team of talented young fastpitch softball athletes of ages 15 and 16. These girls are as dedicated as they come and are working hard to advance their skills to be able to compete with the best elite teams in Canada and the U.S.

We are committed to creating an environment of competitive softball by providing our players with the highest level of constructive and current coaching techniques. We aim to challenge our players to pursue excellence through effort, focus and dedication while benefiting from increased knowledge, enhanced skills and friendships created. We will display respect and good sportsmanship towards our team-mates, opponents and officials. We will earn victories with honour and accept defeat with dignity in our pursuit of success.

The Angels play in the Edmonton Ladies Softball Association at John Fry Park in Edmonton and we also compete in numerous tournaments throughout the softball season. When is the softball season? Well - technically league play is one to two evenings a week from May to July; tournaments usually coincide with the league play months however they are on weekends. Also Provincial, Western and National competitions are in July and August.

The work doesn't stop in August. The coaching staff of the Fastball St. Albert Bantam "A" Angels encourages continued growth of our players throughout the winter. This is accomplished by each Angel attending the various skills camps available and also through team-sponsored indoor conditioning and training.
